Unless specifically mentioned the following is in respect of the Mutual P&I entries and excludes FD&D, fixed premium entries and Charterer’s liability. The headline General Increase numbers are as follows and will be updated as each Club announces – click on each Club’s link to see the full GI announcement. GXL (reinsurance) rate changes are passed on to Members unless otherwise specified.
American Club – 8% overall target increase for P&I and FD&D and all deductibles of USD25,000 or less increased by USD1,000 (all classes of business)
Britannia – 5% minimum target increase on P&I and FD&D. All P&I deductibles below USD50,000 increased by 10% subject to minimum USD1,000. Capital distribution 6.5%of net premium equivalent to USD15 million.
Gard – 5% ‘average’ increase and 10% Owners General Discount for Members renewing in 2026
Japan – 5% General Increase. Deductibles below USD50,000 to be increased by 10%, subject to minimum USD1,000 and standard deductibles increased
London – 6% target increase and minimum increase of USD 2,000 on P&I deductibles below USD 20,000
NorthStandard – 5% general increase for P&I and FD&D. P&I deductibles under USD 30,000 to be increased by a minimum of USD 1,000. FD&D deductible maintained.
NorthStandard Coastal and Inland Class – tba
Shipowners – 5% General Increase and 10% increase in P&I deductibles, with minimum increase USD 500. Inclusive of GXL changes, if any.
Skuld – 7.5% overall adjustment across the Club, deductibles to be increased for all Members in line with the Club’s minimum levels as noted in the Club’s Rules.
Steamship – 8% General Increase for P&I and FD&D. P&I deductibles will now also apply to associated fees, costs and expenses. FD&D deductibles will be increased to minimum USD 10,000 and maximum USD 75,000
Swedish – 5% General Increase for P&I and FD&D . P&I deductibles will now apply to legal costs and expenses and standard minimum deductibles are increased.
UK Club – 7.5% General increase and 10% increase on deductibles below USD 50,000, with minimum increase USD 1,000
West of England – 5% General Increase and all P&I deductibles under USD 50,000 increased by 10%
